4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Participation in adventure tours involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, altitude-related issues, and unpredictable weather conditions.

6.2 Clients are required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks and releasing Zanskari Adventures LLP from liability to the extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The content, logos, and trademarks on the Zanskari Adventures LLP website are the intellectual property of Zanskari Adventures LLP and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
